How to change your username or password

Reset your password or retrieve your username:

  1. If you have forgotten your username or your password,点击 on Forgot your username or password?

  2. If you have forgotten your password, select 个人账户,输入 用户名 和 出生日期,点击 重置密码 按照提示操作.

  3. If you have forgotten your username,输入 either your primary 电子邮件地址 or 电话号码. 点击 发送 to have your username sent to you.

*请注意: 一旦你 receive your username, you may go through the 重置密码 process if you have also forgotten your password.

How to make a mobile deposit

  1. Log in to your NEFCU Mobile App 和 click 存款 at the bottom of the screen.

  2. 点击 新存款. Select the account into which you want to make the deposit 和 enter the amount of the check. 点击 完成.

  3. 点击 添加前置检查 to take a photo of the front of the check. Place the check on a dark surface with sufficient lighting 和 center the check within the rectangle on the screen.
    • The app will attempt to take the photo automatically. If auto capture is unsuccessful, take the photo manually by touching the screen.
    • You may be prompted to take another photo of the check if important information is missing, 不正确的, 或不清楚.

  4. 点击 添加支票背面 和 follow the same process to take a photo of the back of the check. 拍照前, in the endorsement area at the top of the back of the check, write “For Remote 存款 @ NEFCU,签上你的名字, 和 write the deposit account number.

  5. 你可以点击 编辑的铅笔 to retake a photo, if necessary. 一旦你 have successfully taken photos of the front 和 back of the check,点击 存款.
    • Note: Check images shown below are for demonstration purposes only.
    • After mobile deposit, keep the physical check for 90 days before shredding the check.

Set credit/debit controls:

  1. Log in to Digital 银行ing 和 click on your credit card tile from the dashboard.

  2. 点击 Details & 设置.

  3. 点击 信用卡资料. Note: The name of the primary owner of the credit card account will display in the card profile.

  4. 点击 注册 下 卡的偏好.

  5. 一旦你 注册, you will have access to both 信用卡控制 (i.e. 信用卡偏好)及 信用卡提醒. See below information on how to manage credit card 警报.

  6. 单击 toggle switch to lock your credit card. 单击 switch again to unlock.

  7. 单击 toggle switch to Block 国际 In-Store Transactions. 单击 switch again to unblock.

    • Select the transaction types you would like to allow.

  10. 单击 toggle switch to enable 和 set 支出限制. You may choose one or both of the available spending limits.

Manage credit card 警报

  1. Log in to Digital 银行ing 和 click 管理警报.

  2. 从 订阅警报,点击 卡片.

  3. 点击 注册 if you haven’t already registered while setting up 信用卡控制. 一旦你 注册, you will have access to both Card 警报 和 信用卡控制 (i.e. 卡偏好). See above for information on how to set credit card controls.

  4. 单击 toggle switch to turn on 有了就通知我 In-Store 国际 Transactions. 单击 toggle switch to turn off the alert.

  5. 单击 toggle switch to turn on 警报 me for these type(s) of merchant transactions.

  6. 单击 switch again to turn off the alert.
    • Select the type(s) of merchant transactions for which you would like an alert.

  7. 单击 toggle switch to turn on 警报 me for these type(s) of transactions. 单击 switch again to turn off the alert.
    • Select the type(s) of transactions for which you would like an alert.
    • 点击 保存.

  8. 单击 toggle switch to turn on 警报 me when I exceed the following spending limits: 单击 switch again to turn off the alert. You may choose one or both of the available spending limits.

How to set a travel notice

  1. Log in to Digital 银行ing 和 click the 三点省略号(…) 访问 更多的链接.
